About this coffee

Discover the full flavour of our Half Caff Coffee collection with this carefully curated bundle, containing one bag each of our Half Caff Brazilian, Half Caff Honduran, and Half Caff Ethiopian coffees. Each blend is a 50/50 combination of premium caffeinated and decaffeinated beans, giving you all the character of speciality coffee with around 50% less caffeine.

Whether you're looking to reduce your caffeine intake or simply enjoy great coffee later in the day, this bundle lets you experience three distinctive flavour profiles without compromising on quality or taste.

From the smooth, comforting sweetness of Half Caff Brazilian, with notes of milk chocolate, roasted hazelnuts, caramel and biscuit, to the balanced character of Half Caff Honduran, offering milk chocolate, caramel, toasted almonds and delicate citrus. Complete the journey with Half Caff Ethiopian, a vibrant and aromatic coffee featuring blueberries, dark chocolate, floral jasmine and sweet stone fruit.

Perfect for discovering your favourite Half Caff blend, gifting to a coffee lover, or stocking up on a variety of reduced caffeine speciality coffees, this bundle delivers exceptional flavour in every cup.

Bundle includes:

Proper coffee. Half the caffeine. Full flavour.

Coffee Formats Explained

We offer our coffee in a range of formats to suit your brewing method.

  • Whole Bean: Our top recommendation, giving you the freshest cup when ground at home.
  • Cafetiere: A coarse grind, perfect for Cafetiere / French Press brewing
  • Filter: A medium to fine grind, ideal for filter / V60 / Chemex methods.
  • Aeropress: We would class this as a fine+ grind. Ideal for smooth extraction
  • Espresso: an extra fine grind. Ideal for espresso machines requiring ground coffee, Moka Pot or Stove Top brewing.
How much do i need?

Most people use around 15 to 18 grams of coffee per cup depending on the brew method. On average if you drink two cups a day you will go through about 250 grams in a week.

It is always worth ordering a little extra so you never run out!

Coffee Freshness

Most of our coffee is dispatched on the same day as roasting, ensuring it reaches you at peak freshness and each bag is clearly marked with a Roasted On date.

To allow flavours to develop and excess CO₂ to dissipated after roasting, we recommend allowing our freshly roasted coffee rest for at least 72 hours before drinking. Don't worry though, it will still taste great if you can't wait that long!

Our packaging contains a one-way degassing valve to both allow the degassing process to continue and keep unwanted air out.

Although our coffee can be stored for up to 1 year, we recommend enjoying within 1 month for maximum flavour. For best results, store your coffee in a high-quality airtight container.
