Shipping policy

CARRIER
We offer delivery to all parts of the United Kingdom. We use Royal Mail for all shipments.

SERVICE
Our Standard Shipping service is shipped using Royal Mail 48. Our Express Shipping service is shipped using Royal Mail 24.

If your order is received by 10:00, we will try our best to despatch on the same day but this may not be possible during busy or holiday periods.

DELIVERY CHARGE

• For orders under £30.00, the delivery charge is £3.75 for Standard Shipping, or £4.95 for Express Shipping
• Orders valued at £30.00 or more, are shipped free of charge using Standard Shipping, or £4.50 for Express Shipping.

URGENT ORDERS
If your order is urgent, please contact us before 12:00 and we will try our best to dispatch with priority. Where applicable, we will also explore using a quicker courier service. Any additional costs will be shared with you before despatch.
