Returns & Refunds
At Norfolk Pig Coffee Co., we want you to love your order. Here’s how our returns and refunds work for when things don't go to plan:
Coffee Orders
As coffee is a perishable product, it is exempt from the standard 14-day returns policy under UK consumer law. We can only accept returns if your order arrives damaged or incorrect.
That said, we’re confident you’ll love our coffee. If it’s not quite to your taste, our Taste Guarantee means you can try again for free (T&Cs apply).
Other Items
For all non-coffee products, we offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return. Please note that gift cards are non-returnable.
To qualify for a return:

Your item must be in the same condition you received it. Unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You’ll need to provide details of your original order.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and signed-for courier service with suitable insurance, as we cannot be responsible for items which get lost in the post.
How to Start a Return
To request a return or ask a question, simply email us at info@norfolkpig.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you full instructions. Please don’t send anything back without contacting us first, as we won’t be able to process it.
Damages or Issues
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can quickly put things right.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a maximum of 10 business days. Please remember it may take your bank or card provider extra time to show the refund on your account.
