At Norfolk Pig Coffee Co., we’re confident you’ll love our coffee. But if your first bag isn’t to your taste, our Taste Guarantee means you can try another one free of charge (just cover postage).
How It Works
If you don’t enjoy the coffee from your first order, we’ll send you one replacement 250g bag of your choice.
Simply email us at info@norfolkpig.co.uk with:
- Your original order number
- The coffee you’d like to try next
We’ll handle the rest.
Terms & Conditions
The Taste Guarantee applies to the first purchase of any coffee product by a customer. Claims must be submitted within 10 days of receiving your order.
Only one claim is permitted per household. Customers must pay £3.95 postage, which is non-refundable.
The replacement coffee will be supplied in the same format as the original order (beans or ground). Format substitutions are not permitted.
The replacement coffee will be dispatched to the same name and delivery address as the original order.
Replacement coffees are subject to availability. If your chosen coffee is unavailable, we may provide an alternative at our discretion.
The Taste Guarantee is available to UK residents only and covers dissatisfaction with taste only. Claims relating to delivery issues, damaged goods, or other reasons are not accepted.
We reserve the right to reject any claim that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, abusive, or not made in good faith.
No cash or credit alternative is available. We may amend or withdraw this guarantee at any time without notice, and our decision regarding claims is final.
