Brazilian Ipanema Bourbon Coffee is a premium variety celebrated for its outstanding quality and distinctive flavour. Grown in the renowned coffee region of Ipanema, Brazil, this coffee benefits from a range of altitudes that contribute to its exceptional character.
The beans are cultivated between 800 and 1,200 metres above sea level. This variation in elevation, combined with the region’s favourable climate and fertile soil, helps develop the coffee’s unique taste.
At these heights, the coffee cherries mature slowly, allowing complex and rich flavours to develop. The warmer lower slopes and cooler upper areas create a balanced environment for the beans, resulting in a harmonious blend of sweetness, acidity, and body.
For those seeking premium Brazilian single origin medium-dark roast coffee beans, our Single Origin coffee collection showcases unique coffees from the world’s most celebrated regions. You can also explore our Medium-Dark roast coffee collection, featuring smooth and full-bodied roasts that balance sweetness, acidity, and richness for a consistently satisfying cup.
To ensure maximum freshness, quality and consistency, every batch is roasted in small quantities in Norfolk, United Kingdom.

How Fresh Is Your Coffee?
Most of our coffee is dispatched on the same day of roasting, ensuring it reaches you at peak freshness and each bag is clearly marked with a Roasted On date.
Although our coffee can be enjoyed as soon as it's delivered, the flavours will evolve and mature over the first 7 - 10 days, becoming cleaner and more defined.
Our coffee can be stored for up to a year however, we recommend enjoying it within one month for optimal flavour profile. For best results, store your coffee in a high-quality airtight container.
